Terms of Use

Welcome to use UOWAMOU laptops and related services. Before purchasing or using UOWAMOU products, please carefully read the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). By purchasing, registering, or using UOWAMOU products, you agree to comply with all the attributes of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use UOWAMOU products.
1. Product usage
1.1 UOWAMOU laptops are for personal or commercial use only and are prohibited from being used for illegal activities or actions that violate public morality.
1.2 Users should use UOWAMOU laptops correctly according to the product manual and relevant guidelines to avoid equipment damage or personal injury caused by improper operation.
1.3 The software and hardware of UOWAMOU laptops are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.
2. Warranty Policy
2.1 UOWAMOU provides limited warranty service, and the specific warranty period and scope are subject to the warranty card attached at the time of purchase or the warranty policy published on the official website.
2.2 Warranty services do not include damages caused by the following reasons:
Human damage or accidental accidents;
Unauthorized repair or modification;
Natural disasters or force majeure factors.
2.3 If warranty service is required, please contact UOWAMOU customer service center and provide proof of purchase.
3. Returns and refunds
3.1 If you are not satisfied with the purchased UOWAMOU laptop, you can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that the product is not damaged and the packaging is intact.
3.2 Return process:
Contact UOWAMOU customer service center to obtain return authorization;
Return the product to the designated address;
After receiving and confirming the product, UOWAMOU will process the refund within 7 working days.
3.3 Customized products or activated software may not support returns.
4. Privacy and Data Security
4.1 UOWAMOU respects the privacy of users, and all personal information will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
4.2 Users shall be responsible for backing up their own data, and UOWAMOU shall not be liable for data loss caused by equipment failure or maintenance.
4.3 UOWAMOU may collect device usage data to improve products and services, but will not share or sell personal information without the user's consent.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 UOWAMOU laptops and their related software, designs, and brand logos are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Without written permission from UOWAMOU, users are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any UOWAMOU products or their components.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 UOWAMOU shall not be liable for any losses caused by the following circumstances:
Improper use or operation of equipment by users;
Malfunctions caused by third-party software or services;
Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.).
6.2 UOWAMOU's maximum liability is limited to the actual payment amount for the purchase of the product.
7. Clause Modification
7.1 UOWAMOU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and the modified terms will be published on the official website and take immediate effect.
7.2 If you continue to use UOWAMOU products, it means that you accept the modified terms.
8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 This clause is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 In case of any dispute arising from this clause, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly consultation; If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of UOWAMOU.
