1. Return conditions
In order to meet the return criteria, your product must meet the following requirements:
The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The product must remain in its original state, including all original packaging, accessories, instructions, and labels.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of human damage.
The return request must be accompanied by the original purchase voucher (such as order number or invoice).
2. Not applicable for returns
Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
Products that have exceeded the 30 day return period.
Product problems caused by human damage, improper use, or self modification.
Products lacking original packaging, accessories, or instructions.
Returns caused by non product quality issues (such as personal preference changes).
3. Return process
If you need to return the item, please follow the steps below:
Contact customer service: Contact UOWAMOU customer service team via email or customer service hotline, provide your order number and reason for return.
Obtain return authorization: The customer service team will review your application and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and return address.
Return the product: Return the product along with all original packaging and accessories to the designated address, and attach the return authorization number.
Waiting for review: We will complete the review and notify you of the result within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned product.
4. Refund process
Once your return request is approved, we will process the refund as follows:
The refund will return to your original payment method (such as credit card, Alipay, etc.).
The refund processing time may be delayed due to different payment institutions, usually taking 7-14 working days.
If the product is refused a refund due to not meeting the return criteria, we will notify you and arrange for the product to be returned (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
5. Exchange Policy
If you wish to replace the product, please indicate it in the return request. We will arrange a replacement for you based on inventory and bear the shipping cost of the replacement product.
6. Freight Description
If the reason for the return is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, UOWAMOU will bear the return shipping cost.
If the reason for return is due to personal reasons of the customer (such as dislike, wrong purchase, etc.), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer.
