Warranty Information

1. Warranty scope
UOWAMOU provides the following warranty services for your laptop:
Hardware warranty: covering core components such as motherboard, processor, memory, hard drive, screen, keyboard, battery, etc.
Software Support: Provides technical support for pre installed operating systems (excluding third-party software installed by users themselves).
Accessory warranty: including original power adapter, stylus and other accessories.
2. Warranty period
Standard warranty period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Battery warranty period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
Accessory warranty period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Warranty conditions
The warranty service is only applicable to the following situations:
The product exhibits material or process defects under normal use.
The product is within the warranty period and the purchase voucher (invoice or receipt) is complete and valid.
The product serial number is clear and identifiable, and has not been tampered with or damaged.
4. Situations not covered by warranty
The following situations are not covered by the warranty, but you can pay for repair services:
Human damage (such as falling, squeezing, liquid intrusion, etc.).
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.
Normal wear and tear (such as battery capacity decreasing over time).
Problems caused by virus attacks or software installed by users themselves.
5. Warranty service process

Delivery or mailing for repair: According to customer service instructions, send the product to a designated repair point or mail it to a repair center.
Repair completed: After the repair is completed, we will notify you to retrieve or send back the product.
6. International warranty service
If you purchase UOWAMOU laptops overseas, you can enjoy global warranty services. Please visit our official website www.uwamou.com to inquire about authorized local repair points.
7. Extended warranty service
We offer extended warranty services, and you can purchase an extended warranty plan through our official website or authorized dealer at the time of purchase or during the warranty period.
8. Disclaimer
UOWAMOU shall not be liable for indirect losses (such as data loss, business interruption, etc.) caused by product failures.
